How to Get the Most Out of Our Lightroom Presets

Whether you’re using Lightroom Classic or Lightroom (Cloud/Standard), here’s the best and easiest way to make the most of your new presets:

Quick Start Guide:

1. #1 Pick the Preset

2. Browse through your presets and choose the one that best fits the color palette or mood you’re aiming for.

3. #2 Set Camera Profile to Adobe Color

   This gives a strong, balanced base for the preset to work from. (You’ll find this in the Basic tab under “Profile.”)

4. #3 Click ‘Auto’ for Exposure Settings

   Let Lightroom automatically balance the light for a cleaner base.

5. #4 Set White Balance to Auto

   This adjusts the temperature and tint based on your photo’s lighting.

6. #5 Fine-Tune to Taste

   After the base is applied, feel free to make small adjustments to exposure, contrast, or color to match your creative vision.
